At Lovely Finds Journal, we sell digital products, including ebooks, guides, cookbooks, and other downloadable content. Because our products are delivered digitally and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally considered final once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

We do not generally offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products after they have been downloaded or accessed.

Problems With Your Download
If you receive a corrupted file, an incorrect file, or experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a working replacement file or resolve the issue.
Duplicate Purchases
